I have now talked to four of the firms you have mentioned and again I am amazed how much knowledge they all have in this arena of nanotechnology. That literary conceit, even if you feel you must use capital letters, is better reserved for acts by governments, boards or parodies of the same than for the workings of the free Marketplace of Liability.
